Its been quite a couple of weeks between the holidays and the Blizzard of 2009 and now the blasting of artic air. I stopped in at the Piedmont Library and picked up some reading material to help keep me entertained. Be sure and keep an eye out for animals, with these crazy temps they are at Mother Natures mercy. Also a good idea to check in on friends and neighbor--doesnt take long in this weather for it to impact us.

     Maybe its the cold air that has got me thinking about summer...wouldnt be great if Piedmont had a public swimming pool? Any ideas on how to get the ball rolling on this type venture?
